Terms of Service
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of TakaTak (the app and takatak.app), provided by TakaTak (takatak.app). By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TakaTak for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
The service
TakaTak lets you connect social and business accounts you own or are authorized to manage, receive messages and reviews, publish content, and automate replies, with optional AI assistance. Features that depend on third-party platforms (Meta, Google) may be limited, changed or unavailable according to those platforms' approvals, policies and API changes.
Accounts and security
You must be 18 or older, provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the permissions you give team members.
Third-party platforms
You must comply with the terms of every connected platform, including the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, WhatsApp Business policies, and Google's terms. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent for messaging customers. Do not use TakaTak to spam, harass, mislead, or send messages outside permitted messaging windows. We may suspend features to comply with platform requirements.
AI features
AI output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing and for automated replies you enable. Do not rely on AI for legal, medical or financial advice or for sensitive customer matters.
Acceptable use
You may not: break the law or third-party rights; upload malware or illegal content; infringe intellectual property; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; circumvent limits or security; resell the service without our written consent; or use it to build a competing product.
Plans, billing and renewal
Paid plans are billed in advance monthly or annually in INR or USD, plus applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Credits are included per plan period and do not roll over unless stated in the app. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. Payments are processed by third-party payment partners. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy; delivery is described in the Delivery Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload or generate. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to operate the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to it.
Our rights
TakaTak, its software and branding belong to TakaTak (takatak.app) or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.
Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features and will give reasonable notice of material reductions.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using TakaTak and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, legal requirement, non-payment, or platform policy violations. On termination, deletion follows our retention terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by third-party platform actions (such as account restrictions). Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts at the location of our registered office, India have exclusive jurisdiction. Please contact support@takatak.app first so we can try to resolve the issue.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Last updated: 2026-11-04.
