How TakaTak works

1. Create an account

   Sign up in the mobile app with email and password. Verify your email. Owners and admins can turn on two-factor authentication.

2. Create your business workspace

   Add your business name, timezone and locations. Invite teammates and give each a role.

3. Connect Facebook / Instagram

   Tap Connect. You are sent to Meta's login in your browser, approve the requested permissions, and select the Page and linked Instagram professional account. TakaTak never sees your Facebook password.

4. Connect Google Business Profile

   Tap Connect Google, approve access on Google's consent screen, and choose which locations to sync.

5. Reply, publish, automate

   Use the inbox, calendar and automation builder. Every outgoing action is attributable to a user or to a rule you created, and is recorded in an activity log.

6. Disconnect or delete any time

   Disconnecting deletes the stored token. Deleting your workspace removes your data after a short grace period. See Data deletion.
